Mr. McDermott joined CBD in January of 2023 and is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day development activities for all projects in the firm’s portfolio in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and New York, including the coordination of land use, design, legal, construction and project management, marketing and asset management to support the achievement of project objectives.  Prior to joining CBD, Mr. McDermott was with LanTree Development as Vice President of Construction, and spent thirty years with K. Hovnanian Homes in various roles, most recently as Area President, overseeing the construction of over 1,100 homes with revenues in excess of $775M.
