Brenda Cioce is the founder and president of RHO Residential, a boutique property management group that is CBD’s partner in the management of its current and future development projects.  Prior to founding RHO, Brenda was the president of Roseland Property Management, overseeing the operation and maintenance of 10,000 units across forty communities.  While at Roseland, she directed 250 employees and maintained the highest property values and rents across its Class A portfolio of mixed-use and high-, mid-, and low-rise properties.  Prior to Roseland, Brenda began her career with Trammel Crow/Avalon Bay.
