Being developed in partnership with Woodmont Properties, this project will consist of 250 units and 6,000 SF of retail on an urban infill site of a former YMCA facility. Amenities will include full club and lounge space for residents as well as co-working accommodations and a resort-style pool deck with outdoor recreation. The project is a four-story wood frame construction over a three-level poured in place garage.
