Mr. Tycher is responsible for the day-to-day land acquisition, development and construction activities for CBD. Prior to joining CBD, Mr. Tycher was Vice President of Acquisitions and Development at Roseland Property Company from 2009 to 2015. During his tenure, he directed the acquisition, pre-development and asset management responsibilities for over 3,000 units of multifamily properties valued in excess $750 million. Prior to Roseland Property Company, Mr. Tycher worked for two years as a financial analyst at Hines Interests and for three years as a construction manager at K Hovnanian.
