This eleven‐story redevelopment of a previously improved lot will be the tallest building in Port Imperial directly on the Hudson River and is designed to maximize waterfront views at every opportunity. Riverbend 3 is being developed with PGIM Real Estate and will be the first building in Port Imperial to target LEED Platinum. The building is nine floors of metal frame and concrete plank over two levels of poured-in-place concrete garage and lobby. Indoor/ outdoor amenities total 50,000 sq, with three outdoor decks, swimming pool and riverside pickleball court. The community is a five-minute walk to the NY Waterway ferry terminal. Completion anticipated in spring 2027.
