Aster Grove, a 220-unit high-end apartment community, is part of a mixed-use project which includes townhomes by Pulte, and a future Residence Inn by Briad. Aster Grove has two four-level apartment buildings wrapping a precast parking deck. Apartment design has been optimized for empty nesters and young families, with an extensive amenity package including both a pool deck and a separate passive courtyard for outdoor dining. Construction, managed by Canoe Brook, commenced in May 2022; completion is anticipated in September 2024. RHO/Canoe Brook will provide leasing and property management services.
