Beautifully set against the backdrop of Battery Park City’s parks, landmarks, and recreation, these 22- and 32-story towers were designed to achieve LEED Gold certification and set a new definition of sustainable living. The Milstein Family engaged Roseland as the development manager to oversee the planning, permitting, financing and construction as well as to act as liaison to the Battery Park City Authority. Each building hosts a full-service concierge and suite of amenities including fitness, yoga, private spa rooms, billiard lounge, screening room and work-from-home facilities. A private terrace allows residents to gather and enjoy stunning views of the city and the Hudson River. On-site parking is available, and each building is steps away from shops, restaurants and mass transit. This project includes an Asphalt Green indoor community fitness facility with aquatics, sports instruction, personal training and camp activities.
