Riverwalk place opened the first mixed-use space space in Port Imperial, with a community including 600 condominium units and 348 luxury apartment rentals. The 90,000 square feet of retail includes a supermarket and a Starbucks as well as multiple local dining options. The outdoor terrace features gaming, grilling stations and a heated pool; indoor common amenities include fitness, work-from-home facilities, theater room, club room and billiard lounge. Construction on this joint venture with PGIM Real Estate began in 2004.
