CBD is currently under contract to enter a 130-year ground lease with a Catholic church to construct a multifamily residential development comprising 200 units, 350-space garage and a 4,500 SF community facility for the church. The project will consist of a four story wood-framed apartment building over a two-story podium with amenities, commercial space and parking for both. The site is in a prime location along Bloomfield Avenue, two minutes from downtown Montclair and blocks away from Glen Ridge train station, with direct service to Manhattan. CBD was awarded the deal by the Archdiocese of Newark in a targeted process. Anticipated construction start is 1Q 2025.
