The Hillmont is located on Route 206, close to neighborhood retail service and only fifteen minutes from downtown Princeton. Its 175 unique, stacked townhome-style apartments feature large floor plans with dens, lofts and direct home entry to create an atmosphere of home ownership within the rental community. The site also includes three retail pads on Route 206 which will be built as leasing progresses. Many unit types feature private garages with either direct or indirect apartment access. A spacious communal clubhouse features a coffee bar, fitness center, co-working space, multi-sport simulator and game room adjacent to the swimming pool and patio deck. Hillmont was developed in partnership with BNE, who also provided construction services.

Leasing commenced in April 2023 by RHO/Canoe Brook Management. The Hillmont was completed in October 2023 and is already achieving the highest rents in its submarket.
