Dey & Bergen is located in the waterfront redevelopment district of Harrison on the Passaic River, facing downtown Newark and with easy access to the PATH station and direct train service to Manhattan. With 242 units and 45,000 SF of amenities, this design-forward collection is wood framed and wraps a multilevel precast parking deck. Amenities include a riverfront swimming pool, sun deck, lounging spaces, fitness, yoga, co-working, turf lawn and a speakeasy-style lounge. Dey and Bergen was developed in a joint venture with BNE and Hornrock and was 70% leased within two months of its May 2021 opening; it is now fully leased and stabilized.
