The Declan at Port Imperial is a 298-unit LEED Silver community at the southern end of Port Imperial being developed in a joint venture with Rockpoint. Rockhill and Canoe Brook are providing development services for this nine-story metal frame and concrete plank midrise building with an adjoining five-level precast public/private garage. Declan will include over 50,000 SF of indoor and outdoor amenities. The property has unrestricted views of midtown Manhattan and overlooks Weehawken’s 30-acre township park with playgrounds, athletic fields and swim center, minutes from Whole Foods. Construction commenced in February 2022 and was completed in 2025.
