BLVD 401 began construction of its 311 luxury apartment homes in 2013. This high-rise apartment building at the intersection of Jersey City and Manhattan is situated amidst boutiques, bars, restaurants and public parks as well as being moments away from transportation to New York City. BLVD 401 includes full-service concierge, state-of-the-art fitness facilities, expansive terrace and outdoor features such as resort-style pool and spa. The views of downtown Manhattan are highlighted on the sky bar and lounge and one pool deck complete with fire pit and community grills. BLVD 401 was originally constructed as the south tower of an existing site and includes 187 on-site parking spaces. The project was developed in a joint venture with Prudential.
