CBD and Woodmont Properties are the designated redevelopers of a site along the New Jersey shoreline of Sandy Hook Bay in a prestigious location 15 minutes north of downtown Red Bank. The project is adjacent to the Monmouth County ferry terminal with service to Manhattan and will consist of three phases, totalling approximately 400 units in a five-story, elevator-serviced apartment building with stunning water views and 30,000 SF of commercial space and public infrastructure through a public/private partnership. Through an RFP process, the town and county awarded the deal to CBD and Woodmont Properties due to CBD’s prior relationship with the adjacent landowner and its waterfront experience at Port Imperial, as this project will include direct ferry access to downtown Manhattan. The initial phase will include a thousand car public parking garage for the existing ferry terminal, 230 apartments, and a small retail and restaurant components.
