Randolph is a unique combination of a four-story, wood-frame, elevator-serviced building and eight stacked townhome buildings on fifteen acres. The primary building will include the community leasing center, pool and playground as well as fitness center, golf simulator and co-work space. This project will be the first luxury rental community developed in Randolph in thirty years. Townhomes units will be direct-entry for a more private, single-family lifestyle. Final permits will be complete in October 2023 and construction will commence shortly thereafter. This project is being developed in a partnership between Canoe Brook and Woodmont Properties, with Woodmont providing construction services.
